REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

All refunds must be requested within the first seven (7) days of the purchase date or with a minimum remaining duration of thirty (30) days remaining on the plan. All refund requests will result in a cancellation of the purchased plan and a refund will be issued in account credit. If a multiple month plan is being cancelled and a refund requested your refund will be prorated for the remaining full months. (For example a six (6) month plan is equal to one hundred eighty (180) days. If refunded at forty five (45) days after puchase will be refunded for one hundred twenty days (120), four (4) months) The prorated credit will be determined by the plan price divded by the duration of the plan, then multiplied by the number of months being refunded. After submitting the refund request, please allow for up to 3 business days for the plan to be cancelled and the credit to be issued to your account.
At request account credits can be transferred to a different user or a refund via Paypal may be requested. A refund via Paypal will only be approved if the account has more than $5 (five USD) in credits.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, submit a ticket through the website's ticketing system with a title of Refund. Once approved and completed we will notify you through the ticket and via email.
