Affiliate Program Information

Welcome to our Affiliate Program Informational page. Here we outline our requirements and affiliate program guidelines. Thank you for your interest and please read through this page if you are interested in becoming an Affiliate!

The At Worlds End Gaming Affiliate program is designed to help creators grow their communities and to help grow our services, to do this we provide a multi-tier program. This program will earn your viewers that use your code a discount on the first month of their services and you a percentage of commission, the discount and commission rate vary on the Affiliate Level you reach. The different tiers are Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, below we will outline each tier. With your commissions you will be able to accept payouts with a minimum of $12 per payout completed upon your request and are also what will help you level up through the tiers. You also have 2 options for your payouts, you can accept the full payout amount in credit that can be used to host your own servers, or we also offer payouts via Paypal. With Paypal payouts, however, you will receive the full amount minus applicable processing fees (which is currently a 2.99% fee).

Level 1 begins with a 5% commission for the creator and a 5% discount for the user on the purchase of the first month of any plan. To achieve Level 2 you will simply need to earn and process a single payout.

Level 2 upgrades you to an 8% commission and a 10% discount applicable for the first month of any plan purchased using your code. On this level you will also get an AWE Gaming care package as a thank you for your efforts! At this time we will reach out to you via an email to the email used for your account with more information and to request a delivery address for your package. This will also come with the opportunity to do some co-streams with LostInSanityTTV and some super cool events through out the year that may include a custom large server free for you to enjoy with your community for holidays and other special events if you are interested in doing so. To level up to Level 3, you simply need to reach a total payout amount of $75.

Level 3 brings you up to 12% commission and a discount of 15%! On reaching this level as a thank you, we will be preparing a superb care package for you, this one will include a shirt and other sweet merch! This tier will include the events from Level 2, but also gets you discounts on our merch as it is released and some special perks within our community and some nice discounts for you the creator on all plans.

Perks:

Discord Roles: Each Level will have a special Role within the official AWE Gaming Discord Server. Of the perks included is a special channel just for affiliates to get to meet and interact with each other as well as some cool opportunities to help us make decisions as we grow together! Sponsored Streams: Levels 2 and 3 will be given opportunities to complete sponsored streams that will grant temporary power ups to your commissions and discounts while also getting a bonus added to your payout account based on the impact of your stream! The bonus will get coordinated at the time we coordinate the stream with you.

First Dibs: First Dibs includes information on new games being added and special events before the rest of the community. Levels 2 and 3 will also get to help decide on our special events and occasionally even get to choose the Discount Plan of the Week.

Merch: As we design and rollout new merch we will give you first grab and discounts across not only the new merch, but the full merch store! As well as once you reach Level 3 and get the super awesome care package, we will occasionally top up that package with some new stuff!

Shoutout: Soon we will be adding an Affiliate Page that we will list all of our affiliates and links to their platforms you wish for us to list. At minimum we will link to the platform you primarily use.

Requirements:

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate all creators that may be interested, but we are definitely open to try and work with any interested creator to help us both grow and to help grow a healthy community of fellow gamers! To be considered for our program the below will be required to join the program and be ready for payouts:

1. You will need to at minimum be a Creator on at least of the following: Tiktok, Twitch, Youtube, Kick, or Floatplane.
2. To be able to best support us both, you will need a minimum of 200 followers on any single platform listed above.
3. You must also at minimum stream twice a week with an average of 20 viewers (with exceptions for if you take a vacation/holiday) or upload 2 or more videos weekly with a combined length of 15 minutes.
4. Of your content, it must have a majority or at least large quantity of the games we host servers for. This is constantly expanding so please check the list.

Expectations:

As an affiliate we do expect a few things from you, of those things we will periodically check in on your platforms to ensure you are meeting the requirements above. While we will not be super aggressive about you meeting the requirements and these expectations every week, we will keep in touch and give reminders and requests periodically. Though our expectations of our affiliates is below:

• On at least 2 streams or uploads a week we request you either provide a brief endorsement during your stream to include having your affiliate link/code displayed on stream.
• At Level 2 participate in at least 2 special events annually.
• At Level 3 participate in at least 4 special events and 1 sponsored stream annually.
• We also advise/request you setup a macro to display periodically in stream chat if you are a streamer, we will leave the time frame up to you though.

How to Apply:

To apply is quite easy.

• First you simply need to sign up on our site https://awegaming.co, we suggest you use your creator username as it makes it easier for us to manage your payouts, but it is not required. (Your username will only be known by you and by AWE Gaming staff.)
• Secondly, we request you send an email to affiliates@awegaming.co with your application information.

                    Gamertag/Handle

                    Platforms Used and follower count on your primary platform (or you can simply list the platform and include a link to each platform)

                    Games and media you primarily stream/upload.

                    A brief story about you to let us know what types of games you like, any hobbies you wish to share, and any thoughts you wish to provide on your style as a creator.

                    An image or link to an image of your creator profile picture and any links to platforms you wish to have added to the affiliates page.

• Finally, be ready for the ensuing awesomeness to come. Once we review your application to see if we will be a good fit for each other, I mean this is a relationship after all, we will set up your commission and discount rates and reach back out to you to walk you through the next steps and discuss your affiliate code and answer any other questions you may have.

Special Events:

Throughout the year we will coordinate a few special events you can use to include our communities in the fun. These may include special weekends where we coordinate a few of our affiliates together and we will provide a large server for you to all get together and bring your communities in for a fun time. These will likely be around Holidays and last anywhere from 2 to 7 days. During this time it can be used to help grow your payout and to help show our communities just what we can do! We may also do special events for birthdays if you feel comfortable providing us that info (It will stay private to AWE Staff only). Some of these special events may also be tied to the launching of new server services and/or new merch.
